As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Beer Hawk. Once your beers are ready for dispatch, you will receive a further shipment confirmation e-mail providing details of your delivery. Our couriers, will then be in touch with a tracking number that you can use on their website to find out the very latest information on your delivery.
If you are not in when delivery is made, and a safe place has not been specified, then a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should subsequent delivery attempts fail, the goods will return to Beer Hawk Ltd, and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account. You will forfeit the delivery charge. Should you contact us to arrange re-dispatch, we will charge a further (standard) delivery cost to your account.
We strongly advise against leaving goods without a signature, and will not be held liable for any losses incurred this way. Please note that we are not permitted by law to leave alcoholic goods with anyone who cannot prove they are over 18.
At peak times of the year (notably pre-Christmas), it may not always be possible to deliver within our standard 3 working days. In these rare instances, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery date, and strive to get your beers with you as soon as possible.
